"POCHO" JOE HERNANDEZ-KOLKSI
Romero created this 11" x 17" poster flyer for actor/poet/comedian "Pocho" Joe Hernandez-Kolski. This poster flyer includes an empty space on the bottom for colleges and universities to use to fill with event details: school name, date, time, location, etc. Romero also created an alternate version of this flyer poster for another presentation by Hernandez-Kolski.

TREESJE M. POWERS
Romero created this 4" x 6" postcard flyer for slam poet and school psychologist Treesje M. Powers. Romero worked with Powers to create a flyer that would promote her image not only as a spoken word artist, but as a wife, mother, woman of faith, and education professional.

LUIS J. RODRIGUEZ AND MATT SEDILLO
Romero created this flyer to promote the workshop "The Personal is Political" with former Los Angeles Poet Laureate Luis J. Rodriguez and slam poet Matt Sedillo. The flyer features the two poets with a motif that evokes flyers for prize fights.

SER ANZOATEGUI

Romero created this flyer to promote Ser Anzoategui's performance of Catholic School Daze at Art Share L.A. The flyer incorporates artwork from the building. The flyer was made postcard (5" x 7") with a reverse side. The design was later expanded upon to make a poster for a series of performances at another venue.

CAL POLY POMONA OFFICE OF STUDENT LIFE & CULTURAL CENTERS
Romero created this poster for the Cesar E. Chavez Center for Higher Education (CECCHE) at Cal Poly Pomona. The flyer was made for an ongoing series of workshops featuring guest performers and hosted by Romero.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Romero has created a variety of promotional items for himself, including: stickers, postcards, and brochures. Pictured here is the design for a 3" x 4" sticker with the phrase "I <3 Cheese Enchiladas" along with the stenciled image of an enchilada covered with cheese and sauce.
